Step 1:

Open the Support Site at http://www.ourunknownsecrets.com/esupport

Fill In your login details and click Login

Click On View Ticket or Submit a Ticket to perform the desired action

Step 3:

If you selected Submit a ticket Than follow the Steps. If you have selected view ticket than go to Step 4.

Step 4:

From the ticket list select your desired ticket

Step 5:

View the Ticket and to reply Click Post Reply
