This is the now-famous supplement that many celebrities and stars worldwide are taking to enhance weight loss. A high protein, low fat and medium carbohydrate diet is most effective. Drinking plenty of water is also important. Taurine is a good supplement to take as clen depletes the body of this amino acid. Taurine is also found in many energy drinks like Red Bull.

Clenbuterol is not to be used continuously. Most effective is a two to three week period of consumption.

Day 1 = 20 mcg (1 tab)
Days 2 - 3 = 40 mcg (2 tabs)
Days 4- 6 = 60 mcg (3 tabs)
Days 7 – 9 = 80 mcg (4 tabs)
Days 10 – 12 = 100 mcg (5 tabs) Most people will find 80 mcg to be effective, you may not need to increase to 100 mcg.
Days 13 – 15 = 80 mcg (4 tabs)
Days 16 – 18 = 60 mcg (3 tabs)
Days 19 – 20 = 40 mcg (2 tabs)
Day 21 = 20 mcg (1 tab)

After the cycle, it is important to NOT use Clenbuterol for at least an equal amount of time. Allow your body to re-adjust. DO NOT ABUSE THIS!

Clenbuterol works by raising the heart rate and core body temperature. If you have any heart or blood pressure concerns, do not use this. Clen is available throughout much of the world as a bronchodialator though it has not been approved in the US for human use.
